- Flat Rate: $15 CAD for all orders shipped to Canada and the United States
- No Hidden Fees: No additional customs charges, taxes (beyond applicable sales tax), or handling fees.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 8-9 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Delays may occur OR Refund may be given for out-of-stock items (see "Out of Stock" section below)
- This processing period does not include delivery times, which depend on your geographic location.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
- Damaged During Transit: Contact us immediately at info@directbeautyshop.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. we will contact you soon.
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows no delivery please contact us We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Unclaimed Parcels:
- Unclaimed packages are held at your local post office for 10 business days.
- After this period, the order is canceled and refunded minus a $15 restocking fee.
Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses:
- Packages returned due to address errors will be refunded minus a $15 restocking fee.
- Double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Out-of-Stock Items:
- If an item is unavailable, we’ll refund its cost and ship the rest of your order.
Carrier Delays:
- Delivery times are estimates. For significant delays, contact us at info@directbeautyshop.com . We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
PO Box Deliveries:
- DirectBeauty is not responsible for damage to packages delivered to PO Boxes (e.g., theft, weather).
